| Communication and Counselling Skills: I have studied neuro-linguistics (the leading edge of communication and counselling skills) to Diploma level and undertook an NLP "Training for Trainers" course. I am happy working with a group or face to face. On-line Learning - Blackboard Whilst at the University of Bristol, I undertook a course in Blackboard, the Virtual Learning Environment and co-authored a series of online training materials for TASI using it.
